摘要
“十四五”规划中提到,全面推进乡村振兴,建设美丽宜居的现代乡村。厕所环境对于农村人居环境的改善至关重要。该文通过对南疆地区“厕所革命”的现状进行分析,发现南疆地区“厕所革命”在政策、资金及技术方面存在问题,并提出增强政策的低模糊性与低冲突性,统筹财政资金,给予农村厕所改造补贴,加大技术研发投入,选用差异化户厕模式及引入文化元素,打造特色公厕。
It is mentioned in the 14th five-year Plan that to comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural areas and build a beautiful and livable modern countryside,the toilet environment is very important for the improvement of rural living environment.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the"Toilet Revolution"in southern Xinjiang,this paper finds that there are problems in the policy,capital and technology of the"Toilet Revolution"in southern Xinjiang,and proposes to strengthen the low fuzziness and low conflict of the policy and co-ordinate financial funds.It is supposed to give subsidies to the transformation of rural toilets,increase investment in technological research and development,select different models of household toilets and introduce cultural elements to create characteristic public toilets.
