摘要
当前,创新型人才的竞争已然上升为世界各个国家的战略层面。实验教学作为学生实践和创新能力培养的关键环节,在创新型人才培养方面具有独特优势,能发挥重要作用。鉴于新时代创新型人才培养的重要性,结合多年来力学实验教学的经验,详细论述了高校力学实验教学在培养创新型人才理论基础与知识运用、创新思维与创新能力、团队协作意识与组织协调等方面发挥的重要作用,同时对目前力学实验教学中存在的一些问题,提出改进建议和意见。
Currently,the competition for innovative talents has risen to the strategic level of countries all over the world.As a key link in the cultivation of students’practical ability and innovative ability,experiment teaching has unique advantages in cultivating innovative talents and plays a very important role in the cultivation of innovative talents.In this paper,the significance of training for innovative talents in the new era is analyzed.Combined with the authors’years of experience in mechanics experiment teaching,it discusses in detail the important roles played by the mechanics experiment teaching in cultivating students’theoretical basis,knowledge application ability,innovative thinking and ability,team cooperation consciousness and organization coordination ability,etc.At last,some constructive suggestions for the current experiment teaching are put forward.
