摘要
文章旨在研究饲料玉米蛋白粉对鲈鱼生长代谢和血清生化指标的影响。试验将200条体重相近、健康无病的鲈鱼随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10条。对照组饲喂基础日粮,基础日粮为玉米-豆粕型日粮,对照组中玉米蛋白粉添加量为0%,试验组用不同水平的玉米蛋白粉替代饲料中的鱼粉,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ 和 Ⅲ 组中玉米蛋白粉的替代水平为5%、10%和15%。预试期1周,正试期3个月。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验组鲈鱼的末重、增重率及特定生长率均显著增加(P<0.05),饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05);试验组鲈鱼肝脏中α-淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶活性及脂肪酶活性均显著上升(P<0.05);试验组鲈鱼血清中的总蛋白含量、血糖浓度及尿素氮含量显著上升(P<0.05),而谷丙转氨酶含量及白蛋白含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。因此,饲料中添加适量比例玉米蛋白粉可以显著提升鲈鱼的生长性能,改善鲈鱼的代谢性能和血清生化指标,玉米蛋白粉替代鱼粉的最佳比例为10%。
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of corn gluten meal on the growth metabolism and serum biochemical indexes of perch.200 healthy and disease-free bass of similar weight were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group and ten for each replicates.The group was fed with basic diet.The basic diet was corn-soybean meal type.The addition of corn gluten meal in the control group was 0%.The test group was fed with different corn gluten meal instead of fish meal.The substitution level of corn gluten meal in the test group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 5%,10%and 15%.The pre-test is one week and the formal test is three months.The results showed that compared with the control group,the final weight,weight gain rate and specific growth rate of perch in the test group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed coefficient was significantly decreased(P<0.05);In the liver of bass in the test groupα-The activities of amylase,trypsin and lipase increased significantly(P<0.05);The total protein content,blood glucose concentration and urea nitrogen content in the serum of bass in the test group increased significantly(P<0.05),while the content of alanine aminotransferase and albumin content had no significant difference(P>0.05).Therefore,adding an appropriate proportion of corn gluten meal in the feed can significantly improve the growth performance of bass,and improve the metabolic performance and serum biochemical indicators of bass.It is suggested that the optimum proportion of corn gluten meal to replace fish meal is 10%.
