摘要
粤港澳大湾区作为我国新兴产业成长最为快速的区域,其同时具有较强的科技水平。基于我国推出的创新驱动战略,根据《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》的有关内容,明确表示要把粤港澳大湾区塑造成世界范围内最具影响力的国际科技创新中心,粤港澳大湾区开展国际科技合作成为了必然选择。通过对文献的大量阅读及梳理,目前与东南亚开展国际科技合作的研究多集中于国家层面,分析了东南亚科技创新发展现状以及需求,对两地科技合作的可能性与价值进行研究,并对开展国际科技合作中存在的问题提出建议。
The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,which has a high level of science and technology,is the area in China with the fastest growth of developing industries.The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area will be developed into the most significant global science and technology innovation hub,according to the outline of the development plan for the region that has been determined by relevant departments based on China's innovation-driven strategy.With a thorough grasp of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,we can see that conducting international scientific and technology cooperation has become a need,even though its policy advantages,institutional advantages,and fundamental advantages are very substantial.The current research on international scientific and technological collaboration with Southeast Asia mostly concentrates on the national level,according to a thorough reading and searching of the literature.This essay examines the state of scientific and technology innovation in Southeast Asia today and the demand for it.It also examines the potential and benefits of cross-regional scientific and technical cooperation and offers solutions to issues that may arise.
