摘要
在高质量发展阶段,数字经济和新型城镇化建设已成为实现社会主义现代化的主要着力点。在厘清数字经济与新型城镇化互动机制的基础上,构建贵阳市数字经济与新型城镇化综合评价指标体系,利用耦合度及耦合协调度模型实证测度贵阳市数字经济与新型城镇化的协调关系。结果表明:贵阳市数字经济和新型城镇化关系紧密,相互影响程度深;数字经济和新型城镇化的协调程度过渡到高水平耦合阶段。未来贵阳市应注重构建两系统良好互动长效机制;加强数字技术在现代城镇建设过程中的运用,打造智慧城市;深入实施数字乡村发展战略,缩小城乡数字鸿沟,推动贵阳市社会经济高质量发展。
In the stage of high-quality development, digital economy and the construction of new urbanization have become the main focus of realizing socialist modernization. On the basis of clarifying the interactive mechanism between digital economy and new urbanization, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of Guiyang digital economy and new urbanization, and empirically measures the coordination relationship between Guiyang digital economy and new urbanization by using the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model. The results show that:there is a close relationship between digital economy and new urbanization in Guiyang, and the degree of interaction is deep.The degree of coordination between digital economy and new urbanization has gradually transitioned. In the future, Guiyang should pay attention to the construction of a longterm mechanism for good interaction between the two systems;Strengthen the application of digital technology in the process of modern urban construction, and build a smart city.We will deepen the implementation of the digital village development strategy, narrow the digital divide between urban and rural areas, and promote the highquality social and economic development of Guiyang.
