摘要
目的探索红外偏振光照射联合康复运动对膝骨关节炎患者的疗效。方法前瞻性分析的126例膝骨关节炎患者均为三门峡市中医院2021年10月至2022年10月收治,根据掷硬币法分为两组,对照组(64例)接受红外偏振光照射治疗,观察组(62例)接受分阶段康复训练联合红外偏振光照射治疗,对比各时间段炎症因子、膝关节功能(KSS)评分、关节活动度(ROM)、膝关节量表(WOMAC)评分、基质金属蛋白酶家族-9(MMPS-9)、一氧化氮(NO)。结果两组治疗后1、2周的炎症因子水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),组内各时点比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1、2周屈曲ROM、KSS评分优于对照组,僵硬度评分、疼痛评分、关节功能评分、WOMAC总分、NO、MMPS-9含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于膝骨关节炎患者,在红外偏振光照射治疗的基础上联合分阶段康复训练,可更好改善患肢关节活动度,促进关节功能恢复。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of infrared polarized light irradiation combined with rehabilitation exercise on knee osteoarthritis.Methods Prospective analysis of 126 cases of knee osteoarthritis were admitted to Sanmenxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022.They were divided into two groups according to the coin-toss method,and the control group(64 cases)were treated with infrared polarized light irradiation,and the observation group(62 cases)were treated with staged rehabilitation training combined with infrared polarized light irradiation.Inflammatory factors,knee joint function(KSS)scores,range of motion(ROM),the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score,matrix metalloproteinase family-9(MMPS-9),nitric oxide(NO)were compared in each time period.Results There was no statistical difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups at 1 week and 2 weeks after the intervention(P>0.05),while there was statistical difference at each time point within the group(P<0.05).The flexion ROM and KSS scores of the observation group at 1 and 2 weeks after intervention were better than those of the control group,and the content of stiffness,pain,joint function,WOMAC total score,NO and MMPS-9 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with knee osteoarthritis,the combination of infrared polarized light irradiation therapy and phased rehabilitation training can better improve the range of motion of the affected limb joints and promote joint function recovery.
