摘要
目的:探讨用药指导干预对危重症患者用药的价值。方法:选取2019年10月—2022年6月本院收治的危重症患者98例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组49例。对照组采用常规用药干预,研究组采用用药指导干预,比较两组用药依从性以及生活质量。结果:研究组用药依从率、生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用药指导可提升危重症患者用药依从性和生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the value of medication guidance intervention in medication for critical ill patients.Methods:A total of 98 patients with critical illness admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine medication intervention,and the study group was treated with medication guidance intervention.The compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The total compliance rate and quality of life score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medication guidance can improve the compliance of critically ill patients,thereby improving their quality of life.
