摘要
目的保证药品使用安全,最大限度地减少用药差错,使病人得到有效治疗,早日康复。方法对临床护理用药风险进行识别,采取相应的护理干预措施。结果降低了用药风险的发生率。结论护理用药安全风险管理措施有效,保证了药物疗效,减少了不良反应,提升了医疗护理质量。
Objective To ensure the safety of drug use to minimize medication errors,so that patients can receive effective treatment to earn an early recovery.Methods We identified the risk of nursing medication,and took appropriate measures of nursing intervention.Results and Conclusion By this way,we can reduce the risk of drug use,to guarantee drug safety.In other words,it is effective of nursing medication management,which can ensure drug effective,ADR,and improve the quality of medical care.
