摘要
为推动本国芯片产业的快速发展与供应链安全,美国高票通过《2022年芯片法案》,给本国芯片产业提供各项保障和政策支持,以资金扶持、研发创新和人才培养等方式,吸引各国先进芯片公司来美国投资发展。为此,文章对其进行了分析,希望为我国芯片产业的发展提供有益的经验和启示。
In order to promote the rapid development of domestic chip industry and supply chain security,the United States passed the Chip Act of 2022,providing various guarantees and policy support for domestic chip industry,and attracting advanced chip companies from all over the world to invest and develop in the United States by means of financial support,R&D innovation and personnel training.Through the analysis,it provides useful experience and enlightenment for the development of China's chip industry.
