摘要
针对中国废旧纺织品回收再利用行业方兴未艾的现状,探索该行业的发展与机遇。讨论了废旧纺织品回收体系的组成,总结了国内以企业回收主导模式为主的废旧纺织品回收再利用体系所存在的问题。通过对目前废旧纺织品回收利用体系的发展趋势的分析,提出了大力发展区块链技术、推进区域化试点、打造全链条政策等建议。
The reasons and opportunities for the development of waste textile recycling industry were explored in view of the rising status of waste textile recycling industry in China.In order to understand the development trend of this industry,the existing problems in the recycling system of waste textiles which is mainly based on enterprise recycling mode were summarized.Based on the analyze of the current waste textiles recyling system,suggestions were proposed,including developing blockchain technology,pushing ahead with pilot regionalization programs and creating a whole-chain.
