基于某纯电动平台的线控系统开发

Development of Driven-by-wire Based on a Pure Electric Platform

摘要 为了让现有纯电动车平台符合Robotaxi业务需求,对原车拓扑结构进行了改造,并引入线控系统,实现对原车的纵向、横向和辅助功能的自动化控制;通过升级硬件和软件的架构设计了线控控制器,从而完成了线控系统的开发,并进行了功能测试和整车集成验证。优化后的线控系统符合客户的需求,提升了线控系统的功能和性能。 In order to make the existing pure electric vehicle platform meet the requirement of Robotaxi business,the original vehicle topology was modified,and a driven-by-wire was introduced to realize the automatic control of the vertical,horizontal and auxiliary functions of the original vehicle.The driven-by-wire controller was designed by upgrading the hardware and software architecture,thus completing the development of the driven-by-wire,and the functional test and vehicle integration verification were carried out.The optimized driven-by-wire meets the customer's requirements,and improves the function and performance of the driven-by-wire.
