摘要
乡村治理长期倚重于技术治理及制度约束的刚性治理手段,而忽略了情感治理的价值。在国家全力推行乡村振兴战略的大背景下,乡村嵌入情感维度弥合治理空隙成为可行路径。乡村治理过程中存在情感的异化及疏离性偏离,有别于情感治理所追求的反映公共精神的正向情感,影响治理效能,需要通过治理模式的转型、治理方式的更新、治理氛围的营造及治理保障力度的强化实现情感的矫正,建设“有温度”的乡村,推进乡村治理现代化。
Rural governance has long relied on the rigid governance means of technical governance and institutional constraints,while ignoring the value of emotional governance.Under the background of the country's full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural embedment of emotional dimension to bridge the gap in governance has become a feasible path.Emotional alienation and deviation in the process of rural governance is different from the positive emotion of public spirit,affects the governance efficiency and needs the transformation of governance model,the renewal of the governance and management atmosphere of the construction and management guarantee for emotional corrective,promoting the modernization of rural governance.
