俄乌冲突下的导航信号受扰分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了进一步研究现代战争争夺战场制时空权的重要手段之一,导航信号干扰对抗,结合俄乌当前冲突进展,通过对乌克兰以及周边IGS跟踪站获取的导航信号载噪比及定位服务数据的监测,分析冲突中的导航信号受扰情况。监测结果表明:1)位于战事最激烈的乌北基辅站、乌南尼古拉耶夫站和乌东波尔塔瓦站的观测数据中断或因电力、网络攻击、区域干扰等影响,出现了部分导航服务数据停止更新的情况;2)导航信号受扰情况主要集中在基辅和尼古拉耶夫周边,从监测到的攻击时间不确定性、持续时间不规律性、干扰强度较弱、受扰频率多样性等情况来看,仅在局部区域实施了极为有限的干扰行动;3)导航信号受扰期间,四大卫星导航系统定位服务精度无明显变化,导航服务能力并未受到影响。 In order to further study on one of the important means of fighting for the space and time right of battlefield in modern war,i.e.navigation signal jamming countermeasure,combined with the current conflict between the Russia and Ukraine,the paper analyzed the application method and characteristics of the navigation jamming with the navigation signals and service performance monitored by the International GNSS(global navigation satellite system)Service(IGS)tracking stations in and around Ukraine.Monitoring results showed that:1)as to the most intense area,such as the Kiev station in the north,the Nikolayev station in the south and the Udonpoltava station in east,the monitoring data of the these stations were interrupted or due to the influence of power,network attack or the regional jamming,some navigation service data stopped updating;2)the navigation jamming was mainly concentrated around Kiev and Nicholaev,and was applied within the limited area according to the monitored uncertainty of the attack time,the irregularity duration and the intensity and frequency disturbance;3)the positioning accuracy of the four navigation satellite systems was not changed significantly and the navigation service capability was not affected during the period of the navigation jamming.
