摘要
综述C2领域关于C2过程与机理的相关理论模型,剖析不同理论模型的适应背景与范畴,提出C2过程与机理的“尺度”关联性,即在不同兵力系统的尺度(时间尺度、空间尺度和兵力规模)上,其C2过程与机理存在差异,包括指挥与控制闭环反馈的形式、指挥决策方式、控制对象与内容等等.基于C2活动的“尺度”的关联性分析,界定经典理论模型—OODA环的适用范围为微观尺度(小型作战平台)的实时对抗,即单一作战平台指挥控制过程与机理,中观和宏观体系C2过程与机理应有与其兵力系统“尺度”相适应的理论模型.
Theories and models about processes and mechanism of command and control (C2) with its background and scope of application are summarized. Relationship between mechanism and scale of C2 is proposed, which embodies on processes and mechanism of C2 with different diverse scale military systems (such as time scale, space scale, and scale in military force, et al.). The difference includes layout of C2 closed loop feedback, style of commanding decision, object and content of controlling, et al. The application of classic theory -OODA loop in C2 area is in micro-C2, which is single platform command real time confrontation. New theories and models about processes and mechanism of C2 are required in macro or mid-scale military force.
