摘要 格鲁吉亚KK公路隧道采用超大直径单护盾TBM进行开挖,地质情况复杂、埋深大、工期紧,存在突泥涌水、反坡掘进距离长、穿越断层破碎带易卡机等问题。为保障隧道安全、快速施工,有效应对工程重难点和施工风险,在考虑隧道工程地质条件、围岩岩性、潜在地质风险、各类型TBM特点的基础上,综合分析3种类型TBM的优缺点及权重得分,以确定较合理的TBM类型,并在此基础上,从TBM可靠性、快速掘进、涌水涌泥等方面着手,分析解决这些风险对TBM设备的要求,实施过程中成功穿越多条断层破碎带,月均进度达到400m的指标,实现快速掘进。 The Georgia KK Highway tunnel adopts super large dimameter TBM to excavate,there are some risks,such as geologic complexity,large burial depth,tight schedule,mud and water inrush,long reverse slope driving distance and cross the seabed fault zone.In order to ensure the safe and rapid construction,effectively deal with the project difficulties and construction risks,the TBM selection is carried out by considering the geological conditions,lithology of the surrounding rock and potential geological risks of the tunnel,the characteristics of various types of TBM,through comprehensive analysis of the advantages,disadvantages and score of the three types of TBM,a more reasonable TBM type is obtained.Based on this TBM type,this paper analyzes the needs of TBM equipment.It successfully passed through multiple fault fracture zone with average progress rate 400m per month.
