摘要
粮油作为人们生活中不可缺失的食品,主要通过一系列生产与加工得来,关系到国计民生建设。我国作为农业大国,粮油储备量较为丰富,但是在粮油加工领域还存在原材料和加工环节的质量安全问题,因此有必要采取具体可行措施予以应对。本文立足当下信息化背景,对粮油加工质量安全问题展开分析,并就质量安全问题提出应对措施,以期推动我国粮油产业的稳定发展。
As an indispensable food in people’s life,grain and oil are mainly obtained through a series of production and processing,which is related to the construction of the national economy and people’s livelihood.As a large agricultural country,China has abundant grain and oil reserves,but there are still quality and safety problems of raw materials and processing links in the field of grain and oil processing,so it is necessary to take concrete and feasible measures to deal with them.Based on the current information background,this paper analyzes the quality and safety problems of grain and oil processing,and puts forward countermeasures for the quality and safety problems in order to promote the stable development of China’s grain and oil industry.
