摘要
我国作为农业大国,有着非常丰富的粮油储量。粮油质量影响到国民生计与健康,只有应用信息化手段强化对粮油加工的质量监管效果,才能够有效避免粮油加工环节出现质量安全问题,对于我国社会的稳定发展也有着非常重要的意义。本文主要就信息化背景下粮油加工环节的质量安全问题进行探究。
As a large agricultural country,China has very rich grain and oil reserves.The quality of grain and oil affects people’s livelihood and health.Only by applying information technology to strengthen the quality supervision effect of grain and oil processing can effectively avoid quality and safety problems in grain and oil processing.It is also of great significance for the stable development of our society.This article mainly explores the quality and safety issues of grain and oil processing under the background of information technology.
