电位滴定法测定泡菜中亚硝酸钠含量

摘要 本研究以电位滴定法对泡菜中的亚硝酸钠含量进行测定。通过检测实验方法的回收率与精密度检测实验方法的可靠性,并设计正交实验探索最佳检测条件。结果表明,检测泡菜中的亚硝酸钠含量时使用电位滴定法不仅简化了检测流程,且操作更简单易行,得到的检测结果也较为精确,可为泡菜生产厂家检测产品中亚硝酸钠含量提供参考。 In this study,the content of sodium nitrite in pickles was determined by potentiometric titration.The reliability of the experimental method was tested by detecting the recovery and precision of the experimental method,and the orthogonal experiment was designed to explore the best detection conditions.The results show that the potentiometric titration method not only simplifies the detection process,but also makes the operation easier and the detection results more accurate,which can provide a reference for the pickle manufacturers to detect the sodium nitrite content in their products.
