基于PLC的蓄电池电解液碳酸盐检测设备

摘要 基于车辆段现有蓄电池电解液碳酸盐含量检测效率低、主观因素高、数据不易保存的问题,研发了基于PLC的蓄电池电解液碳酸盐含量检测设备。该系统使用了PLC、触摸屏、打印机、微量注射泵、电动缸、磁力搅拌器、pH控制器,采用电位滴定法,实现了对电解液碳酸盐含量的自动检测功能。为了验证该系统的准确性和重复性,采用不同浓度的碳酸钾溶液进行多次反复试验,将滴定结果和已知浓度溶液进行比对。试验结果表明,该碳酸盐含量检测设备误差率较小,线性度较高,能够满足车辆段蓄电池电解液碳酸盐含量的检测。 Based on the problems of low detection efficiency,high subjective factors and difficult data storage of the existing battery electrolyte carbonate content,a PLC based battery electrolyte carbonate content detection equipment is developed.The system uses PLC,touch screen,printer,micro injection pump,electric cylinder,magnetic stirrer,pH controller,and adopts potentiometric titration to realize the automatic detection function of electrolyte carbonate content.In order to verify the accuracy and repeatability of the system,potassium carbonate solutions with different concentrations are used for repeated tests,and the titration results are compared with the known concentration solutions.The test results show that the error rate of the carbonate content detection equipment is small,and the linearity is high,which can meet the detection of the carbonate content of battery electrolyte.
