摘要
目的 分析血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者硫辛酸治疗效果的关系。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年6月信阳市人民医院接收的135例DPN患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受硫辛酸治疗,治疗2周时参照相关标准评估治疗效果并分组,分为无效组和有效组;治疗前检测所有患者血清Hcy、CRP水平,比较两组患者基线资料及实验室指标,重点分析血清Hcy、CRP水平与DPN患者硫辛酸治疗效果的关系。结果 135例DPN患者经硫辛酸治疗后评估,结果显示,治疗无效12例,无效率为8.89%;无效组治疗前血清Hcy、CRP水平均高于有效组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经logistic回归分析,结果显示,治疗前血清Hcy、CRP过表达是DPN患者硫辛酸治疗无效的危险因子(P<0.05)。结论 血清Hcy、CRP过表达与DPN患者硫辛酸治疗效果有关。
Objective To analyze the relationship between serum homocysteine(Hcy), C-reactive protein(CRP) and therapeutic effect of lipoic acid in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods Totally 135 patients with DPN received by Xinyang People’s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects, all patients were treated with lipoic acid, after 2 weeks of treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to relevant standards and divided into ineffective group and effective group;The levels of serum Hcy and CRP of all patients were detected before treatment, the baseline data and laboratory indexes of patients in the two groups were compared, the relationship between the levels of serum Hcy and CRP and the therapeutic effect of lipoic acid in patients with DPN was mainly analyzed. Results Totally 135 patients with DPN were evaluated after lipoic acid treatment, the results showed that 12 cases were ineffective, and the ineffective rate was 8.89%;The levels of serum Hcy and CRP in the ineffective group were higher than those in the effective group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Through logistic regression analysis, the results showed that the overexpression of serum Hcy and CRP before treatment was a risk factor for the ineffective treatment of lipoic acid in patients with DPN(P<0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of serum Hcy and CRP is related to the therapeutic effect of lipoic acid in patients with DPN.
