摘要
旨在研究黄梁木提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻状况、免疫功能及肠道健康的影响。试验选用24日龄体质量相近(6.57±0.05) kg的杜长大三元杂交断奶仔猪96只,采用完全随机化法分为2个处理组,每个处理组4个重复,每个重复12只仔猪。2组处理分别为空白对照组(BAS组,基础日粮)和黄梁木提取物组(EXT组,基础日粮+200 mg/kg黄梁木提取物)。试验期28 d。结果显示,相较BAS组,EXT组仔猪腹泻率显著下降(P<0.05),平均日增体质量显著提高(P<0.05)。BAS组和EXT组仔猪血清生化相关指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。EXT组仔猪血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的含量显著高于BAS组(P<0.05),且空肠及回肠中IL-10的表达也显著提高(P<0.05)。与BAS组相比,EXT组仔猪空肠的绒毛高度及绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值显著提高(P<0.05),同时回肠的隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05)。与BAS组相比,ACP仔猪结肠中ACE指数和不动杆菌属(Agathobacter)相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05),变形菌门(Proteobacteria)相对丰度有下降趋势(P=0.09)。结果表明,日粮中添加200 mg/kg黄梁木提取物能够缓解断奶仔猪腹泻,增强其免疫机能,改善肠道结构完整性,缓解肠道炎症反应,调节肠道微生物菌群种类和丰度,从而改善其生长性能。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of Neolamarckia cadamba(Roxb.) Bosser extract on growth performance, diarrhea status, immune function and intestinal health in weaned piglets.A total of 96 healthy 24-day-old weaned piglets(Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire) with similar body weight(6.57± 0.05) kg were randomly allocated to two treatment groups with four replicates per group and 12 piglets per replicates.The two treatment groups were the blank control group(BAS,basal diet) and Neolamarckia cadamba group(EXT,basal diet with 200 mg/kg water extract of Neolamarckia cadamba).The experiment lasted for four weeks.The results showed as follows: compared with the BAS group, rate of piglet diarrhea in EXT group were significantly reduced and the average daily gain of weaned piglets in EXT group were significantly increased(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum biochemical parameters between BAS and EXT piglets(P>0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),interleukin-4(IL-4) and interleukin-10(IL-10) in the serum of piglets in the EXT group were significantly higher than those in the BAS group(P<0.05),and the expression of IL-10 in the ileum and jejunum were also significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the BAS group, the villus height and V/C in jejunum were significantly increased and the crypt depth in the ileum were significantly reduced(P < 0.05).Compared with the BAS group,in colon of the ACP piglets,the ACE index and the relative abundance of Agathobacter were significantly increased(P <0.05),and the relative abundance of Proteobacteria has a decreasing trend(P =0.09).To sum up,dietary 200mg/kg water extract of Neolamarckia cadamba can alleviate diarrhea of weaned piglets,enhance immune function of weaned piglets,regulate the abundance of intestinal microflora and improve growth performance of weaned piglets.
