摘要
阐述基于项目管理知识体系,构建生产项目全流程管理的数字化管控平台,实现生产项目管理数字化、数据应用体系化、分析决策智能化。
This paper expounds the project management knowledge system and the system of digital control platform based on the whole process management of production projects,so as to realize the goal of digitalization of production project management,systematization of data application and intelligent analysis and decision-making.
