双级反渗透系统在铀浓缩工厂的应用

摘要 本文介绍了反渗透除盐的原理及一般工艺流程;对影响反渗透膜性能的因素,以及双级反渗透系统在铀浓缩工厂的运行特点进行了系统、详细的阐述;并根据水中碳酸平衡原理分析了反渗透系统产水pH值的变化及对产水电导率的影响,通过计算确定出双级反渗透系统所需的加碱量,开展试验对絮凝剂的使用效果进行论证;同时根据实际运行中的经验,总结出系统最佳的运行操作压力、浓水排放量、pH值等控制范围。 This paper introduces the principle and general process flow of reverse osmosis desalting.The factors af‐fecting the performance of reverse osmosis membrane and the operation characteristics of two-stage reverse osmosis system in uranium enrichment plant are described in detail systematically.Based on the principle of carbonic acid balance in water,the change of pH and its influence on the conductivity of reverse osmosis system are analyzed,and the amount of alkali needed for two-stage reverse osmosis system is determined by calculation,the application effect of flocculant is demonstrated.In the meantime,according to the experience in actual operation,the optimal operat‐ing pressure,concentrated water discharge,pH value and other control ranges of the system are summarized.
