摘要
探讨了用热改性膨润土处理含Cu2 + 废水的工艺条件 ,并与粉煤灰和活性炭进行了比较。实验结果表明 :当Cu2 + 的初始浓度不大于 10 0mg/L时 ,过 2 0 0目的热改性膨润土的用量为 5 g/L、pH =7、搅拌速度为 30 0r/min、吸附时间 30min ,热改性膨润土对Cu2 + 的去除率达99. 5 %以上。
Natural bentonite is modified with calcining in this paper.Then the suitable condition of removing Cu 2+ wastewater by calcining modified-bentonite is studied,and compared with fly-ash and active-carbon.The results show that when the initial concentration of Cu 2+ is not more than 100mg/L,the removal ratio of Cu 2+ by calcining modified-bentonite can reach greater than 99.5% under the following conditions:the dosage of calcining modified-bentonite is 5g/L,pH is 7,the stir velo- city is 300r/min and the adsorption time is 30min.
