摘要
在工业4.0和中国制造2025的大背景下,制造企业利用信息化、物联网技术、人工智能、云计算等进行供应链智慧化变革,实现供应链全过程的协同管理,最终提高供应链的整体绩效已经势不可挡。近年来,比亚迪新能源汽车发展迅速,这与比亚迪的供应链智慧化变革息息相关。比亚迪运用了EWM、SRM、MES、DRS等系统、建立了智慧化车间和仓库,通过这些方式实现了供应链上数据的透明化,提高了数据决策的能力,在全球“缺芯少锂”的背景下保障了供应链的正常运作。通过梳理比亚迪智慧供应链变革的原因、内容和结果,针对比亚迪供应链变革后仍存在的问题提供了建议,并对制造业智慧供应链变革过程提出了建议。
In the context of Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025,it has become unstoppable for manufacturing enterprises to use information technology,Internet of Things technology,artificial intelligence and cloud computing to make intelligent reforms in the supply chain,realize collaborative management of the whole supply chain process and finally improve the overall performance of the supply chain.BYD has developed rapidly in recent years by relying on new energy vehicles,which is closely related to BYD's supply chain wisdom transformation.BYD has used EWM,SRM,MES,DRS and other systems,and established smart workshops and warehouses,through which the supply chain has achieved data transparency and improved the ability to make data decisions,and ensured the normal operation of the supply chain in the context of global core shortage and lithium shortage.By sorting out the reasons,contents and results of BYD smart supply chain reform,suggestions are provided for the problems still existing after BYD supply chain reform,and suggestions are put forward for the process of manufacturing smart supply chain reform.
