摘要
该文主要研究国际重大赛事场馆的可持续性利用方案,并为杭州亚运场馆的利用提供方案,通过文献资料、案例分析、网络调查等方法,结合国内外多场大型赛事后场馆的利用情况,汲取精华,总结共性,从历史经验、社会情况等方面探索可行性方案。研究发现,建设规模过大、利用成本高昂、功能开发困难、结构分布不均、前期规划失误为场馆利用的主要问题,功能多样化、收益多元化、拆建合理化、资源集聚化为场馆利用的主要方向。该研究对杭州亚运会赛后场馆利用的建议有以下4点:推动场馆转型升级,提升场馆综合能力,促进文体融合发展;打造体育城市品牌,招揽多元投资方,为赛后场馆维修“输液”;合理平衡拆与建,打好亚运之基石,保障赛时闲时都叫好;集聚场馆资源,发挥协同作用,打响场馆名号,保障赛后魅力。
This paper mainly studies the sustainable utilization plans of venues for major international games,and provides programs to the utilization on venues for Hangzhou Asian Games.By literature,case analysis,network investigation and other methods,combined with the utilization of venues after many big games at home and abroad,this paper absorbsg the essence,summarizes the commonality,and explores feasible schemes from the aspects of historical experience and social conditions.It is found that the excessive construction scale,high utilization cost,difficult function development,uneven structural distribution and preliminary planning errors are the main problems of the utilization of venues,and that diversification of functions,diversification of income,rationalization of demolition and construction and agglomeration of resources are the main directions of the utilization of venues.The suggestions of this study on the utilization of venues after Hangzhou Asian Games are as follows:Promote the transformation and upgrading of venues to improve the comprehensive capacity of venues and promote the integrated development of culture and sports,build brands of the sports city to attract diversified investors to support maintenance of post-games venues,reasonably balance demolition and construction to lay the cornerstone of Asian Games and ensure the people's admiration during games and in the free time,and agglomerate venue resources to play a synergistic role,make venues more famous and maintain their charm after games.
