摘要
继续教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,近年来随着高等教育快速发展,继续教育的办学模式与教学服务质量都在不断提升,向社会发展输送更多专业技术人才。当前对于人才提出了更高质量的需求,因此普通高校开展的继续教育,可以为就业岗位工作人员提供以提升学历、丰富知识结构、提高个人素养与就业质量等为目的的学习渠道。在我国教育事业发展过程中,为了尽早实现2035年的教育现代化发展目标,普通高校所开展的继续教育也要积极地参与到高校教育改革工作中,树立继续教育发展的更明确定位,推动继续教育不断转型升级。更好地适应当前我国经济社会激烈人才竞争环境与经济转型、创新发展的需求,进一步增强国家发展的核心竞争力,培养更多高质量、高素质人才。我国普通高校所开展的继续教育转型与非学历发展研究相关工作虽然已取得突出成果,但在实际教育教学工作中依然存在一些问题有待完善。通过对我国普通高校继续教育发展现状的分析,探究当前继续教育教学工作中所存在的问题,提出我国普通高校继续教育转型与非学历发展的可持续策略。
Continuing education is an important part of China’s education system.In recent years,with the rapid development of higher education,the school running mode and teaching service quality of continuing education are constantly improving,and more professional and technical talents are being delivered to social development.With the continuous development of social economy,there is a demand for higher quality talents at present.Therefore,the continuing education carried out by colleges and universities can provide learning channels for employees to improve their academic qualifications,enrich their knowledge structure,and improve their personal qualities and employment quality.In the process of the development of China’s education,in order to achieve the goal of education modernization in 2035 as soon as possible,it is necessary to involve the continuing education carried out by colleges and universities in the reform of college education,to establish a clearer position for the development of continuing education,and to promote the continuous transformation and upgrading of continuing education,in order to better adapt to the current fierce talent competition in China’s economic and social environment and the needs of economic transformation and innovative development,and to further enhance the core competitiveness of national development,and to cultivate more high-quality talents.Outstanding achievements have been made in the research on the transformation of continuing education and the development of non-academic qualifications carried out by colleges and universities in China,but there are still some problems in the actual education and teaching work.Based on the current situation of the development of continuing education in colleges and universities in China,this paper explores the problems existing in the current teaching of continuing education,and puts forward sustainable strategies for the transformation of continuing education in colleges and universities and the development of non-academic qualificat
