摘要
研究MaaS(出行即服务)理念下的城市公共交通系统,提出了由“骨干公交+MaaS公交”组成的城市公共交通系统新模式。其中,骨干公交承担主体功能,提供大运量、高效率的公共交通出行服务;MaaS公交承担辅助功能,通过灵活线站设置、需求预约及时响应运营模式,为骨干公交提供站点接驳和客流接驳服务。对比常规接驳公交,量化分析MaaS公交在出行时间节约和服务范围拓展方面具有明显优势。以上海为例,对主城提出“轨道交通+MaaS公交”系统模式;对新城提出“骨干公交(轨道交通、中运量公交)+MaaS公交”系统模式,使骨干公交的服务覆盖效率显著提升。
A new pattern of urban public transportation system consisting of backbone public transportation+MaaS public transportation is proposed by studying the concept of MaaS(Mobility as a Service).Among them,backbone public transportation bears the main function,providing high-volume&eff i cient public transportation travel services.MaaS public transportation takes on auxiliary functions,providing station connection&passenger flow connection services for backbone public transportation through flexible station settings&timely response to demand reservations.Compared to conventional shuttle buses,MaaS buses have significant advantages in saving travel time and expanding service scope through quantitative analysis.Taking Shanghai as an example,propose a system pattern of rail transit+MaaS public transportation for the main city;propose a system pattern of backbone public transportation(rail transit,medium volume public transportation)+MaaS public transportation for the new city,which may significantly improve the service coverage efficiency of backbone public transportation.
