缓释尿素配施黄腐酸对黑青稞生物量及旗叶光合性能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Slow Release Urea Combined with Fulvic Acid on Biomass and Photosynthetic Performance of Flag Leaf of Black Highland Barley

摘要 为了明确缓释尿素配施黄腐酸对黑青稞生物量及旗叶光合性能形成的影响,以隆子黑青稞为试验材料,通过随机区组试验,比较分析了缓释尿素配施黄腐酸对黑青稞旗叶净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度、蒸腾速率以及生物量的影响。结果表明,与常规尿素和CK处理相比,缓释尿素可以提高黑青稞的旗叶净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度、蒸腾速率,配施黄腐酸后可进一步提高黑青稞生物量与光合性能;减氮20%条件下,黑青稞光合性能呈下降趋势,地上部分生物量与总生物量下降,根系生物量与根冠比增加。结论:缓释尿素配施黄腐酸可协同增效,促进黑青稞光合产物的生产和积累,进而提高黑青稞生物量。 In order to define the influence of slow-release urea with fulvic acid on black highland barley biomass and flag leaf photosynthetic performance form,the Longzi black highland barley was used as experimental material.Through randomized block experiment,the effect of the slowrelease urea with fulvic acid on the black highland barley flag leaf net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_(2) concentration,transpiration rate and biomass was comparatively analyzed.The results showed that compared with the conventional urea and CK treatment,the slow release urea could improve the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_(2) concentration and transpiration rate of flag leaves of black barley,and the biomass and photosynthetic performance of black barley could be further improved by adding fulvic acid.Under the condition of reducing nitrogen by 20%,the photosynthetic performance of black highland barley showed a downward trend,and the aboveground biomass and total biomass decreased,but the ratio of root biomass to root shoot increased.In conclusion,slow release urea combined with fulvic acid can promote the production and accumulation of photosynthate in black highland barley,and then improve the biomass of black highland barley.
