摘要
为明确氮肥配施硫酸锰对隆子黑青稞光合特性的影响程度,用LI-6400光合仪对隆子黑青稞旗叶的光合作用进行了测定,结果表明,与不施尿素(对照)和常规施氮处理相比较,缓释尿素处理可以提高黑青稞旗叶的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素SPAD值以及叶面积,配施硫酸锰后能进一步提高其光合性能;在减氮20%条件下,黑青稞光合性能呈下降趋势,但配施硫酸锰时其光合性能呈上升趋势,说明氮肥配施硫酸锰具有协同增效作用。综合来看,CN80%+Mn即235.5 kg/hm~2缓释尿素配施22.5 kg/hm~2硫酸锰的施肥处理,隆子黑青稞旗叶光合作用的各项指标表现最优。
In order to determine the effect of nitrogen fertilizer combined with manganese sulfate on the photosynthetic characteristics of black barley,the photosynthesis of flag leaves of black barley was measured using LI-6400 photosynthetic apparatus.The results indicated that,compared to the control group without urea and the conventional nitrogen treatment,the application of slow-release urea led to an increase in the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_(2) concentration,transpiration rate,chlorophyll SPAD value,and leaf area in flag leaves of black barley.Furthermore,the addition of manganese sulfate further enhanced the photosynthetic performance.Under conditions of a 20% reduction in nitrogen application,the photosynthetic performance of black barley exhibited a declining trend.However,when combined with manganese sulfate,the photosynthetic performance displayed an upward trajectory,indicating a synergistic effect between nitrogen fertilizer and manganese sulfate.In summary,the CN80% + Mn treatment,which involved the application of 235.5 kg/hm~2 of slow-release urea and 22.5 kg/hm~2 of manganese sulfate,yielded the most favorable outcomes for various photosynthetic parameters in flag leaves of highland barley.
