摘要
为研究软土地区不均匀沉降引起的管道应力状态,结合中俄东线天然气管道工程(南通-甪直)工程实际,采用建筑地基基础规范推荐的公式计算地基沉降,利用ANSYS建立管土相互作用模型,计算管道在不均匀沉降作用下的变形与应力,计算结果与规范允许应力进行对比,评估管道安全性。结果表明,管道所受的应力状态满足GB 50251—2015《输气管道工程设计规范》的要求。
In order to explore the stress state of pipeline caused by uneven settlement in soft soil region,the foundation set⁃tlement combined with China⁃Russia eastern route natural gas pipeline project(Nantong⁃Luzhi)was calculated using the formula recommended by the building foundation code.Using ANSYS to establish a pipe⁃soil interaction model,the deformation and stress of the pipeline under the action of uneven settlement was calculated,and the calculation results was compared with the al⁃lowable stress of the specification to evaluate the safety of the pipeline.The results show that the stress state of the pipeline meets the requirements of GB 50251—2015《Code for design of gas transmission pipeline engineering》.
