摘要
以管壳式换热器为研究对象,基于实际生产加工参数,建立了换热管与管板扩管平口工序的仿真模型,利用Abaqus软件对其进行仿真分析,研究了扩管工序后的残余接触压力分布情况,并在此基础上进一步分析了平口工序中切削深度对残余接触压力的影响。结果表明,扩管工序后,换热管与管板接触部分中间区域的残余接触压力小于两端的残余接触压力。在平口工序中,随着切削深度逐渐增大,接头处残余接触压力受切削力影响而分布不均的程度越加显著,当切削深度大于1.28 mm时,平口工序会使接头处出现间隙,从而破坏前道工序形成的密封效果,为了不增加额外的胀管工序,需在加工过程中合理选择切削参数,控制平口工序切削力。
Taking the tubular heat exchanger as the research object,based on the actual production and processing parameters,the simulation model of tube expanding and cutting process of heat exchanger tube and tube plate was established,the Abaqus software was used to simulate and analyze the model,and the distribution of residual contact pressure after tube expanding was studied.On this basis,the influence of cutting depth on the residual contact pressure during cutting process was further analyzed.The results show that after the tube expanding process,the residual contact pressure in the middle of the contact part between heat exchanger tube and tube plate is less than that at both ends.The uneven distribution degree of residual contact pressure at the joint affected by cutting force becomes more significant with the gradually increase of cutting depth in the cutting process.When the cutting depth is greater than 1.28 mm,gaps apear in the cutting process,thus the sealing effect formed by the previous process was destroied.In order not to add additional tube expanding processes,it is necessary to select the cutting parameters reasonably and control the cutting force in the cutting process.
