摘要
采用弹塑性理论计算在不同胀头作用下，不同材料散热片与散热管的应力与变形从理论上探明了通过机械胀管法使散热片与散热管紧密配合机理，并通过实验验证了理论结果。
With the help of analysis on stress and displacement about different materials and validity getten fromexperiments, the paper proves up the mechanism of mate between heat - disperse and heat - scatter - pipe in bulging.
