“三位一体”:高职院校教师教育改革的困境与未来路向 被引量:1

"Trinity":The Predicament and Future Direction of Teacher Education Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 在教师教育一体化发展、共同体发展的大背景下,构建教师教育的协同创新机制是当前国际应对教师教育改革的重大趋势与重要举措。“三位一体”是以培养职前幼儿园教师的高职院校牵头构建以政府为主导、院校为主体、优质幼儿园深度参与协同培养机制。当前很多地方高职院校得到迅速发展并承担起培养地方幼儿教师的重任,高职院校教师教育也存在一些困境:课程设置未体现新需求、新变化;课程设置未体现职业教育的特殊性;“院园协作”流于形式。“三位一体”教师教育模式的优势是政府能充分发挥主导与引领作用、学生能迅速提升职业能力、学校能根据社会需求及时调整培养方向与需求。未来,高职院校要建立教师教育一体化发展的思路、搭建“院园合作”新模式、构建教师教育共同体、幼儿园积极参与到高职院校教师教育的培养、对标对表完善课程设置,以此作为高职院校教师教育的发展路向。 Against the backdrop of the integrated development of teacher education and community development,building a collaborative and innovative mechanism for teacher education is a major trend and significant measure in the international response to teacher education reform.The“Trinity”is a cooperative education mechanism led by higher vocational colleges that focus on training pre-school kindergarten teachers,with the government as the main leader and colleges as the main body,and in-depth participation of high-quality kindergartens.At present,a large number of local higher vocational colleges are developing rapidly and taking on the important task of training local preschool teachers.However,vocational college teacher education also faces some challenges,such as curriculum provisions that do not reflect new demands or changes,curriculum provisions that do not reflect the special characteristics of vocational education,and ineffective"campus and kindergarten collaboration".The advantages of the“Trinity”teacher education model are that the government can fully play a leading and guiding role,the students'professional ability can be rapidly promoted,and the training direction and demand can be timely adjusted according to the social need.As the development direction of future vocational college teacher education,vocational colleges should establish a concept of integrated development of teacher education,build a new model of"collegecampus cooperation",create a community of teacher education,actively involve kindergartens in the training of vocational college teachers,and improve curriculum provision by benchmarking with other institutions.
