摘要
针对轴向柱塞泵/马达中回程盘变形、磨损及碎裂的现象,通过分析回程盘滑靴安装孔与滑靴之间的位置关系,建立了两者相对运动的不等式组,求解出在斜盘平面、滑靴中心与回程盘上滑靴安装孔中心在回转过程中相对斜盘中心的角度和距离变化范围,进而找到滑靴与回程盘可能接触的区域,并通过实例分析了回程盘上滑靴安装孔大小对滑靴与回程盘相对运动的影响,对于液压泵/马达回程盘的设计具有参考意义。
In view of the deformation,wear and fragmentation of the retainer plate in the axial piston pump/motor,by analyzing the position relationship between the slipper mounting holes and the slippers of the retainer plate,an inequality group for solving the relative motion between them is established,and the variation range of the angle and distance between the center of the slippers and mounting holes on the retainer plate relative to the center of the swash plate in the rotation process is solved.Then the possible contact area between the slippers and the retainer plate is found.The influence of the size of the mounting holes on the retainer plate on the relative motion of the slippers and mounting holes is analyzed by an example,which has reference significance for the design of the retainer plate of hydraulic pump/motor.
