斜盘式轴向柱塞泵最小留长比的计算与仿真 被引量:4

摘要 柱塞设计合理与否是影响柱塞泵寿命的重要因素之一,而柱塞的最小留长比是柱塞设计的关键指标。为了提高柱塞泵使用寿命,需要对柱塞最小留长比设计方法进行深入研究。首先结合柱塞受力采用数值分析的方法得到柱塞最小留长比的理论计算公式,并应用ANSYS仿真软件对结果进行对比复核,此后将计算结果应用到产品中进行试验考核,验证了最小留长比计算的正确性,从而为最小留长比的设计提供了一种有效方法。此外应用以上设计方法对4种常用缸体材料的最小留长比进行了计算分析与试验验证,得到了相应的最小留长比,为工程实践中最小留长比的实际选用提供了一定的数据支持。 Reasonable design of piston is an important factor for piston pump. It will strongly affect piston pump's lifetime if the design is not reasonable. Minimum retention ratio of piston is a key indicator for this design. In order to improve the service life of piston pump, we need to conduct an in-depth study on design method of the minimum retention ratio of piston. Combining with the force of the piston, we get theoretical formulas of the minimum retention ratio of piston by numerical analysis method, and use the simulation software ANSYS to compare and analyze the theoretical results. Furthermore, we apply the result to realistic products for test assessment. The experimental results confirm the correctness of the theoretical result, indicating that we provide an effective method for the design of minimum retention ratio. Finally, we apply this method to four types of common cylinder block materials and obtain the corresponding minimum retention ratio, which gives data support for the chosen of minimum retention ratio in practice.
