摘要
新农科建设对农林类专业课程提出了新要求,如何使专业课程有效促进创新型应用人才的培养是高校教师面临的挑战。该文以植物生理学课程改革为例,在教学过程中引入OBE教育理念,以地方特色农业产业为导向,发掘产业植物特色内容,使课程内容满足融入地方经济发展所需职业岗位对知识的要求。同时以BOPPPS教学模式进行教学设计及课堂组织,以学生为中心,发挥学生自主性,让学生主动地去获得专业知识,并建立“评价-反馈-改进”的持续改进教学模式,满足农林产业需求的产教融合一体化课程体系,推进农林类专业课程建设,为培养急需紧缺农林人才提供良好的基础。
The construction of new agricultural courses has put forward new requirements for agricultural and forestry professional courses.How to make professional courses effectively promote the cultivation of innovative applied talents is a challenge for university teachers.Taking the curriculum reform of Plant Physiology as an example,this paper introduces the concept of Outcome-based Education(OBE)education in the teaching process,takes the agricultural industry with local characteristics as the guide,explores the characteristic content of industrial plants,and integrates the course content into the knowledge requirements of professional posts needed for local economic development.At the same time,this paper uses BOPPPS Teaching Model for teaching design and classroom organization,with students as the center,so as to give full play to students'autonomous learning,let students take the initiative to acquire professional knowledge,and establish a continuously improved"evaluation-feedback-improvement"teaching model and an integrated curriculum system of industry-education integration that meets the needs of the agriculture and forestry industry.All this will surely promote the curriculum construction of agriculture and forestry majors and provide a good foundation for training urgently needed talents in agriculture and forestry.
