摘要
[目的/意义]了解辽西北地区农村大学生替代父母搜寻线上健康的意向及影响因素,为制定健康政策提供借鉴。[方法/过程]对辽西北地区145个家庭进行调查,应用SPSS25.0对数据进行描述性分析、方差分析、相关分析、回归分析等统计学方法进行统计处理。[结果/结论]辽西北地区健康信息替代搜寻行为较为普遍,大学生替代搜寻意向与性别、自我效能、共情能力、父母健康焦虑呈正相关,与替代搜寻经历、父母网络使用情况、父母健康状况、患慢性病情况呈负相关。基于此,建立回归模型。大学生替代搜寻意向源于对父母健康状况的忧虑,而自我效能和替代搜寻经历直接影响替代搜寻意向,可通过构建专业的健康信息服务平台,开展信息素养教育,以大学生为载体传播健康信息,提升其父母的健康素养。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to understand the intention and influencing factors of rural college students to re⁃place their parents in searching online health in northwest Liaoningand provide reference for formulating health policies.[Method/process]The paper does a survey on 145 families in the northwest of Liaoning provinceuses SPSS25.0 to do statistically with descriptive analysisanalysis of variancecorrelation analysisregression analysis and other statistical methods.[Result/conclusion]Health informa⁃tion substitution search behavior is common in the northwest of Liaoning province.College students’intention of alternative search is pos⁃itively correlated with genderself-efficacyempathyand parents’health anxietybut negatively correlated with alternative search experi⁃enceparents’internet useparents’health statusand chronic diseases.Based on thisthe paper establishes a regression model.The sub⁃stitution search intention of college students stems from their worries about the health status of their parentsand self-efficacy and surro⁃gate seeking experience directly affect the intention of surrogate seeking.By constructing a professional health information service plat⁃forminformation literacy education can be carried outand health information can be disseminated with college students as the carrier to improve their parents’health literacy.
