摘要
选取4种常见聚丙烯酸类增稠剂,分别研究不同均质条件对这类增稠剂中和凝胶体黏度的影响。结果表明,在相同均质速度下,随均质时间的增加,不同类型的增稠剂,其黏度变化不同;同一凝胶体在不同均质速度,其黏度变化也会有不同表现;卡波U20和卡波U21具有较好的耐剪切力,其中卡波U20的耐剪切能力最强,随剪切时间的增加,其黏度变化趋势为先快速增加后趋于稳定不变;卡波980随均质时间的增加,其黏度逐渐增加至稳定点后保持不变;卡波981的耐剪切能力最差,随均质时间的增加,其黏度逐渐下降,并且均质速度越大,体系黏度降低越快;将卡波980和卡波981两者复配使用可明显改善981不耐剪切能力的缺陷。采用JULABO循环器模拟大货生产条件,所得测试数据对放大生产有重要参考意义。
Four common polyacrylic acid thickeners were selected to study the effects of different homogenization conditions on the viscosity of the neutralized gels of these thickeners.The results show that,with the increase of homogenization time,different types of thickeners have different viscosity changes at the same homogenization speed;Carbopol Ultrez 20 and Carbopol Ultrez 21 have good shear resistance,in which the shear resistance of Carbopol Ultrez 20 is strongest,whose viscosity changes are first rapidly increased and then tends to be stable.With the increase of homogenization time,the viscosity of Carbopol 980 is gradually increased to a stable point and remained unchanged;the shear resistance of Carbopol 981 is worst;with the increase of homogenization time,the viscosity of Carbopol 981 is gradually decreased,and the faster the homogenization speed is,the faster the viscosity of the system is decreased;the combination of Carbopol 980 and Carbopol 981 can significantly improve the shear resistance of 981.In this study,the JULABO circulator was used to simulate mass production conditions,and the test data obtained have important reference significance for scale production.
