叶面施硒对玉米籽粒硒含量、产量的影响及富硒玉米安全生产

Effect of Foliar Selenium Application on Selenium Content and Grain Yield of Maize and Safe Production of Selenium-Enriched Maize

摘要 为明确叶面施硒对作物生长的影响和富硒玉米安全生产施硒浓度,以普通玉米郑单958(ZD 958)、先玉335(XY 335)和糯玉米京科糯2000(JKN 2000)为试验材料,通过设置7个供硒水平(0~800μmol/L)2因素裂区试验对田间条件下叶面施硒对不同玉米品种产量及相关性状、籽粒硒含量的影响和富硒玉米安全生产问题进行了探讨。结果表明,叶面喷施100~800μmol/L浓度硒液均能有效提高玉米籽粒硒含量,提高2.51~99.88倍,随喷施浓度提高呈逐步增加趋势,不同品种籽粒硒含量在低浓度100μmol/L硒液条件下差异不显著,在较高浓度200~800μmol/L硒液条件下存在显著差异;普通玉米(ZD 958、XY 335)和糯玉米(JKN 2000)叶面施硒浓度在16~52μmol/L、21~42μmol/L范围内可生产符合标准的富硒玉米;叶面施硒对玉米产量及相关性状在低浓度处理下无显著影响,在较高浓度处理下存在较大影响,随浓度提高增加了穗长和行粒数,降低了秃尖长度、轴重,处理浓度对玉米产量直接贡献较小,通过穗长、穗粗、穗行数、百粒重、秃尖长等正向间接作用提高了玉米产量。 To clarify the effects of foliar selenium application on crop growth and the range of selenium concentration for the safe production of selenium-enriched maize,the effects of foliar selenium application on yield and related traits of different maize varieties,grain selenium content and safe production of selenium-enriched maize under field conditions were investigated by setting seven selenium supply levels(0-800μmol/L)in a two factor split-zone experiment using common maize Zhengdan 958(ZD 958),Xianyu 335(XY 335)and glutinous maize JKN 2000(JKN 2000)as test materials.The results showed that the foliar application of selenium at concentrations of 100-800μmol/L was effective in increasing the selenium content of maize kernels by 2.51-99.88 times,with a gradual increase with the increase of the spraying concentration,and there was no significant difference in the selenium content of kernels of different varieties at low concentrations of 100μmol/L selenium solution and significant difference at higher concentrations of 200-800μmol/L selenium solution.Foliar application of selenium to common maize(ZD 958,XY 335)and glutinous maize(JKN 2000)at concentrations ranging from 16-52μmol/L and 21-42μmol/L produced selenium-rich maize that met the standard.There was no significant effect of foliar selenium application on maize yield and related traits at low concentration treatments,but there was a greater effect at higher concentration treatments,which increased ears length and kernel number of per row and decreased rare ear length and ear shaft weight with increasing concentrations,and the treatment concentrations contributed less to maize yield directly and increased maize yield indirectly through positive effects of ears length,ears diameter,number of rows of ears,100 grains weight and rare ear length.
