摘要
以补硒栽培的水稻为材料制备水溶性蛋白 ,运用 ( NH3) 2 SO4分段盐析、分子筛柱层析 ,分离出高含硒蛋白组分 ,经酸水解后采用标样对照法 ,用高效液相色谱分离、检出硒代氨基酸 ,再用质谱法进一步确认 .在水稻硒蛋白中 ,硒的结合形态 ,硒代蛋氨酸和硒代光胱氨酸两种均存在 .
Soluble proteins were extracted from rice grown. with added selenium. The proteins riched with selenium were separated by (NH 4) 2SO 4 fractional salting out and molecular sieve column chromatography. The Se amino acids were separated and determined with HPLC by a trade sample contrast after hydrolyzed, which were affirmed more by mass spectroscopy.In rice se proteins, there are both seleno methionine and seleno cyteine for the combined forms of selenium.
