摘要
实习作为职业学校教育教学的关键部分,是培养高素质技能人才的重要环节。职校生实习的规范化发展意义重大。基于社会学制度主义规制性、规范性、文化—认知性三要素分析职校生实习的制度要素具有理论适切性。职校生实习过程中存在法律制度供给不足、实习管理过程不规范、文化—认知性要素缺失的现状,通过完善实习法律供给、提升实习过程管理能力、明确共同的价值与认知等举措能有效应对。
Practical training,a key component of vocational education and teaching,is an important part of developing high-quality skilled talents.Its standardization is of great significance.It is theoretically apposite to analyze the institutional elements of the practical training on the basis of regulative,normative and cultural-cognitive factors,which are the three factors of sociological institutionalism.Presently,problems found in practical training of vocational school include inadequate support of legal system,unregulated process,and lack of cultural-cognitive factor,which can be effectively addressed by providing sufficient legal support,enhancing the capacity of practical training management,and clarifying common values and perceptions.
