摘要
目的:探讨“互动论”体系下的健康教育在癫痫患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年11月1日~2021年11月30日收治的78例癫痫患儿为研究对象,按挂号序号以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各39例,对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用“互动论”体系下的健康教育,两组干预时间均为3个月;比较干预后两组家长癫痫知识掌握水平,干预前后患儿依从性、癫痫发作频率、生活质量[采用癫痫患儿生活质量量表(QOLCE)]。结果:观察组家长癫痫知识掌握水平高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预后,两组患儿依从性、QOLCE评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组癫痫发作频率低于干预前(P<0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“互动论”体系下的健康教育可提高癫痫患儿家长的疾病知识掌握水平、癫痫患儿的依从性,降低癫痫发作频率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of health education based on″interaction theory″system in children with epilepsy.Methods:A total of 78 children with epilepsy admitted during November 1,2019 to November 30,2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group was with 39 cases according to the registration numbers via random number table method.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group was given health education based on″interaction theory″system,and both groups were intervened for 3 months.After intervention,the parents′mastery level of epilepsy knowledge,children′s compliance,epilepsy attack frequency and quality of life by Quality of Life for Children with Epilepsy(QOLCE)were compared between the two groups.Results:The epilepsy knowledge mastery level of the parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After intervention,the compliance of children and QOLCE scores were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05)and higher in the observation group than those in the control group.After intervention,the frequency of epilepsy attack was lower in both groups than that before intervention(P<0.01)and lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education based on″interaction theory″system can enhance the disease mastery level in parents of children with epilepsy and the compliance of children with epilepsy,reduce the frequency of epilepsy attack.
