摘要
当代乡村设计具有多元化的社会属性。建筑师通过建筑设计手段影响乡村社会的发展,建筑设计同时也受到社会环境的影响而成为社会现象的反映,设计与社会之间存在双向作用。研究提出乡村建筑策划方法在设计目标关联的人群特征、设计体制、设计效益、设计责任、建构过程等维度具有突出的集体性、示范性、公平性、公益性和过程性原则,以实现乡村设计的社会目标。
Contemporary rural design has multi-objective characteristics and social properties.Rural architecture is influenced by the social environment and becomes a reflection of rural society.Rural design also affects the development of rural society and acts as a means of spatial intervention.The research proposes that the architectural programming of rural design has prominent principles of collectivity,demonstration,fairness,public welfare and process in the aspects of design target,system of organization,design benefit,responsibility and construction process,so as to realize the optimization of social objectives of rural design.
