摘要
在现今的汽车白车身冲压件制造的发展,自动化在冲压生产过程的应用能有效提高生产效率,降低制造成本,自动化冲压越发成为趋势,而目前冲压车间内很多的旧模具,因模具原来未按自动化生产模具设计和开发,导致无法使用自动线生产模式。文章通过实际案例,介绍冲压模具低成本自动化改造要素,并通过对模具结构分析得出解决方案,并为后续模具开发提供指导性意见。
In the current development of car body in white stamping parts manufacturing,the application of automation in the standing production process can effectively improve production efficiency reduce manufacturing costs,and automatic stamping has become a trend.At present,many old molds in the standing workshop cannot use the automatic production mode because the molds are not designed and developed according to the automatic production mold originally.This paper introduces the elements of low-cost automation transformation of stamping dies through practical cases,and through the analysis of die structure,obtains solutions,and provides guidance for subsequent die development.
