ZCNTs/EP复合材料的制备及其介电、导热性能

摘要 以环氧树脂(epoxy resin,EP)作为基体,在多壁碳纳米管(multi-walled carbon nanotubes,MWCNTs)表面通过原位生长2-甲基咪唑锌盐(ZIF-8),得到ZIF-8/MWCNTs(ZCNTs)复合材料。通过改变EP基体中ZCNTs含量,制备ZCNTs/EP系列复合材料,并对其介电、导热性能进行研究。研究结果表明,当填料ZCNTs质量分数为0.3%,频率为10^(2) Hz时,ZCNTs/EP复合材料的介电常数为8.19;频率为10^(2)∼10^(7) Hz时介电损耗始终低于0.025。同时,ZCNTs/EP的导热系数达到0.467 W/(m·K),比纯EP的导热系数提高了116%,显著提升了ZCNTs/EP复合材料的导热性能。 ZIF-8/MWCNTs(ZCNTs)composites was synthesized by in situ growth of 2-methylimidazole zinc salt(ZIF-8)on the multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs).ZCNTs/EP series composites were obtained with various ZCNTs contents added to epoxy resin(EP)matrix.Then,the dielectric and thermal conductivity properties were studied systematically.It is found that the dielectric constant of ZCNTs/EP composites is 8.19 when the mass fraction of filler ZCNTs is 0.3%and the frequency is 10^(2) Hz;the dielectric loss is always lower than 0.025 for frequencies from 10^(2) to 10^(7) Hz.Meanwhile,the thermal conductivity of ZCNTs/EP reaches 0.467 W/(m·K),which is 116%higher than that of pure EP,significantly improving the thermal conductivity of ZCNTs/EP composites.
