摘要
开展通专融合教育是落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手,是高校贯彻素质教育培养的应运场域。聚焦公安高等教育通专融合发展实践,基于系统性视角,研究认为:公安通专融合教育是指公安院校以立德树人为根本任务,以服务公安实战为指向,通过课程培养体系系统化建设和运行机制保障等措施将通识教育和专业教育融合于公安人才培养全过程,以培养全面发展、契合公安业务需求的政治素质过硬型人才的新型素质教育模式。在现实中,公安通专融合存在理念不清、关系模糊、知识壁垒以及制度缺失等内在发展困境。为此,推进公安通专融合教育,需以系统性融合为方向,通过统一理念、调整结构、再造机制、优化环境以达成专业教育和通识教育各要素之间内在结构、职能定位以及运行机制的有效耦合。
To carry out general and specialized education is an important starting point to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people,and it is also the field to carry out quality education and cultivation in colleges and universities.Focusing on the practice of integrated development of general specialized education in public security higher education,based on a systematic perspective,the research believes that:Integrated education for general and specialized public security refers to a new quality education mode in which public security colleges take moral cultivation as the fundamental task and practical service for public security,and integrate general education and professional education into the whole process of public security personnel training through systematic construction of curriculum training system and operational mechanism guarantee,so as to cultivate all-round development and excellent political quality talents in line with the needs of public security business.In reality,the integration of general and professional public security has such inherent development difficulties as unclear concept,fuzzy relationship,knowledge barrier and lack of system.Therefore,to promote the integrated education of public security and general education,it is necessary to take systematic integration as the direction,through unifying the idea,adjusting the structure,reconstructing the mechanism and optimizing the environment to achieve the effective coupling of the internal structure,functional positioning and operation mechanism between the elements of professional education and general education.
