摘要
滑石粉是重防腐涂料中的一类重要颜填料。该研究对比了三种滑石粉应用到同一配方重防腐环氧涂料中的性能。通过对涂料的附着力、耐盐雾、冷凝实验、划格试验、耐冲击实验等得出结论,使用表面改性处理的超细滑石粉显著提高涂料了涂料的防腐性能。
Talc powder is an important pigment used in heavy-duty anticorrosive coatings. In this paper, we compared and studied three different type of talc powder used in one same formulation of heavy-duty anticorrosive coating. Adhesion, neutral salty spray,condensation test, tape test and impact resistance test etc. were carried. The results show that application of ultrafine modified talc powder can highly enhance anticorrosion property of the coatings.
