摘要
为实现电机的柔性自动装配功能,通过使用RFID技术实现多种类型工件的识别,设计一种电机柔性装配的自动控制系统。该系统由1500PLC、RFID、HMI人机界面和工业机器人等部分组成。PLC与机器人、RFID等单元进行通信,控制各单元对零件进行抓取、运输,通过阅读器扫描的信息,选择相应的装配任务。经生产实践表明:该系统能够满足多型号电机的自动装配,生产率高。
In order to achieve motor flexible automatic assembly function,an automatic control system for motor flexible assembly is designed by RFID technology to realize the identification of various types of workpiece.The system is composed of 1500PLC,RFID,HMI and industrial robot.PLC communicates with robot,RFID and other units to control each unit grabbing and transporting parts,and selecting the corresponding assembly task through the information scanned by the reader.The production implementation shows that the system can meet the requirements of automatic assembly of multiple types of motors and effectively improve productivity.
