摘要
现如今,我国已经提出了“中国制造2025”计划,其中就智能制造、工业机器人、柔性生产线等等作出具体技术分析,建立了基于FMS柔性制造系统或制造单元生产线技术体系。探讨了基于工业机器人的“智能制造”柔性生产线基本概念与工作原理,并对其柔性生产线中子系统的实践应用技术内容进行详细解读,分别介绍了自动上料机构、下料输送线系统以及中转台系统具体实践技术应用。
Now,China has put forward the"made in China 2025"plan,which makes specific technical analysis on intelligent manufacturing,industrial robot,flexible production line,etc.,and establishes the FMS Based Flexible Manufacturing System or manufacturing cell production line technology system.In this paper,the basic concept and working principle of"intelligent manufacturing"flexible production line based on industrial robot are discussed,and the practical application technology content of its flexible production line subsystem is explained in detail,and the specific practical technology application of automatic feeding mechanism,blanking conveying line system and transfer platform system are introduced respectively.
